  • Option 2: obtain a complete schematic for the fabrication of Elemental Degeneration Batteries (8,000 gp)

  Either way, start with the Terrace Brothers Workshop in the Klippenlift District of Blitz Klipp. If you need assistance getting into the city, find the young mage, Branlin. I’m told her tower is distinct for being a little shorter than most others and having a bright turquoise roof. Just be careful of her husband. He is very protective of her, and also somewhat dangerous if there is anything nearby that can harm or destroy. He once turned my prototype for a self-pouring teapot into a bomb and then left the room because “he didn’t want me to know he broke it.” Honestly, I would avoid seeking Branlin unless you know that man won’t be there.

• Penumbral Sapper (Source B for extracting energy, 15,000 gp)

  You can find the design in the Old World Library in Oblexia. Unless you plan on sneaking in. you will need to find someone with connections that would allow them access. The city is strange in that it is run by the City Council which funds most of the educators and grants them access to the library. You’ll find the designs in the pub stacks.

  I will only need 2 components indicated in the design.

  • A Glimmer Mirror (any will do, but it mustn’t be cracked)
  • And any required gemstones listed in the design. Except for bismuth, I have plenty of that.
• High-density Arcane Storage Medium (Essential, 5,000 gp)

  Greater Zenith Witch, Nagitha, Potionmaster of Q’Mash has provided correspondence that she has nearly perfected this concoction which I requested three years prior. Apologize for my impatience and request a batch of whatever she has available now. She resides northeast of the Wicked Wood. The people of Greyhale know about her if you need more information.

  All my attempts to create a fluid that retains arcane potential energy have failed. She may be the only person capable of devising such a solution. Do not leave a bad impression, please. This is a very important relationship.

  • 1 quart dragon blood
    • Rarely sold at specialty potion shops for exorbitant price.
    • Stories suggest a dragon may live in the near mountains of Q’Mash’s Eternal Billows.
  • Sulfuric salts
    • Obtainable where heated water emerges from underground. You will know it when it has a mild sulfuric odor.
• Evocation Suppression Cylinder (5,000 gp)
  • You can find the design in the Old World Library in Oblexia. Unless you plan on sneaking in. you will need to find someone with connections that would allow them access.   • Please deliver all components. The parts are likely commonplace in Liberty Peaks. Just don’t get contracted into the depths.

  • 10,000 gp worth of crushed pearls.
• Mage Claw (10,000 gp)
  • 84 diamonds worth 20 gp each. (They will be quite small. Don’t lose any.)
  • A humanoid hand. Only the bones are needed. Try bribing a mortician somewhere.
• Immobilization Field (??? GP)
  • Ask the Terrace Brothers about this. It is theoretically possible to absorb the kinetic energy of objects within an affected area, but I’m hoping they can come up with a module to ensure thermal energy is not inadvertently absorbed as well. There are some design elements which will need to remain quite hot, so they will be particularly vulnerable to such an effect.
